Self-Care

Your Body is a Part of you, it is not All of You. Your Body has it's own Consciousness Asking to be Noticed, Listened to and Cared for.  Which parts need your Care today? It is often those parts of us, that we tend to ignore that are offering the deepest Awareness, Healing

and Transformation. 

Nurture

Self-Care doesn't need to be Expensive or Complicated.  It can be a Warm Bath, Soaking our Feet, Earlier to Bed, Nutritious Food, Stretching, Walking, Dancing or Singing. The Key is to Ask your Body what it needs in this Moment. Then Listen and take

Loving Action.

Messenger

Your Body is a Powerful Messenger continually giving you Feedback to Discern.  When you Respond to what your Body needs, your Body feels Relaxed and Expanded. If we continue to ignore what our Body needs, we Contract, any imbalance will become louder until eventually Dis-ease takes hold.

Balance

It is Tempting for the Human Senses to become Attached to a "Good Feeling" whether it is to Crave a certain Food, Exercise, Work or Admiration from others.  Self-moderation, through regular breaks, is Essential to Sustain and Maintain a Balanced and Vitalised Energy Flow.
