Self-Care

Your Body is a Part of you, it is not Who you are. Your Body has it's own Consciousness Asking to be Noticed, Listened to and Cared for.  Which parts need your Care today? It is those parts of us that we ignore which Offer the deepest Awareness, Healing and Transformation. 

Nurture

Self-Care doesn't need to be Expensive or Complicated.  It can be a Warm Bath, Soaking our Feet, Earlier to Bed, Nutritious Food, Stretching, Walking, Dancing or Singing. Ask your Body what it needs in this Moment? Then Listen

and take Loving Action.

Messenger

Your Body is a Powerful Messenger giving you Feedback.  When you Listen to what your Body needs, you feel Relaxed and Expanded. If you ignore what your Body needs, you Contract, any imbalance becomes louder and eventually Illness and Dis-ease take hold.

Balance

It is Tempting for the Human Senses to become Attached to a "Good Feeling"; to Crave a Food, Exercise, Work or the need for Attention.  Self-moderation, through regular breaks, is Essential to Maintain and Sustain Balanced and Optimum Energy Flow.
