Ninety-five percent of Brain Activity is in your Subconscious Mind. Any uncomfortable thought not dealt with ends up in your Subconscious Mind. Repeated over time we develop tightly held Belief Systems that become rigid, harder to break down and culminate in what you are Experiencing today.
Your Thoughts are not you.
