The Lucient Council is a universal Council of 12 who bridge the Earth family and Light family.  The Council has its own

essence and light grids. 

 

The Light Beings of the Council convene a universal temple of light in joyful service to Mother Earth and Humanity who are on

the Path of Ascension and Beyond.

The Lucient Council works closely with many others, including the Arcturians who are master healers and who work with advanced light technology, sharing and

healing to assist at this time.
